And if by some stroke of luck they do get to see the truth they are forever changed by it, society has a way of destroying those people. …world as he used to. He begins to accept the truth so he saddles up the mule and rides down a road that looked much different to him before his enlightening. No one can tell you what truth is like, because the rest of society mentally, physically, or emotionally destroy these people. This is because they can no longer conform to a society which has held them as prisoners. And society does not like non-conformists.
