…the nation after two terms have been served. The thirtieth amendment is designed to lower death rates by stopping the selling of marijuana on the streets. As with alcohol this amendment shows that we realize the fact that people will get what they want by any means and it is better for those means to be safe and legal. There will be an age limit of eighteen to be able to purchase or posses marijuana.
