The man gets up and gets a pair of beers from the refrigerator and looks back at the woman and sees her friend/roommate/sister sitting on the chair. He then grabs another beer from the refrigerator and the words “Why Not?” appear on the screen. I’m not sure if the “Why Not?” suggests a unlikely romantic encounter or simply the equally unlikely idea of sharing your beer with your girlfriend’s friend/roommate/sister.
