Sometimes we accept ideas as facts and let them rule our behaviors without taking the time to really think about them. These characteristics are found in only a special kind of person and are revealed when simple knowledge has lead to an impasse. In conclusion, it is believed that anyone with special knowledge and power can lead, but only people with special characteristics and abilities can be leaders.
