Asian and American Cultures Is women everywhere in the world different? Are women in Vietnam and America have any similarities? Vietnam is such a small country compared to the United States. …seems to appear that there are more differences between these women from Vietnam and America, deep down we are still the same. Americans love chinese food and vietnamese food is very much the same as chinese and Vietnamese loved American products, especially Coca- Colas drinks. So maybe the next time when you eat a slice of pizza try picking it up wit chopsticks or eat rice with a fork because I know sometimes I do.
