If a case like Brown vs. Board of Education were ever to come into its hands, the outcome would most likely be one with an unfortunate ending, leaving the African Americans no advancement in the growing society. Luckily, the NAACP did not give up on this case to the diminutive prejudices of Southern towns and fought until they reached the Supreme Court, who based their decisions upon what was ethical not political.
