Changing Characters (Gatsby)
Some peoples lives are prosaic, until they make a contemporary change. In the Great Gatsby, three round characters changed. Maybe the changes in these three characters were not very pristine; but they were in some little way. The structure, cadence, and style were intrinsic. Jay Gatsby or James Gatz as previously known was a round character who changed but then again did not. Gastby partially changed his life style for Daisy. He wanted her back
yet beautiful. Fitzgerald wrote this book in boxes. First he started out describing a character and then he would move to detail. And he kept this up throughout the book. It was a very creative way of writing and it kept the reader partially in suspense and it helped make reading smoother. Fitzgerald was a wonderful and androit writer. Structure, cadence, and style were intrinsic. Thank you for taking the time to read my essay.
