…around long enough to realize despite the fact of going to prison, crime rate is still increasing! These criminals just simply do not seem to care what the repercussions of their actions will be. Is there nothing we can do to stop the horrible statistics? Can we do more to save our children and prevent them from leading deviant lives? I believe there is and I hope it happens soon, before it is too late.
