Critisism of Robert Burns

Robert Burns represented the true Scotsman who openly expressed himself. He often talked of love and how love is represented, the Church as a whole and how it was corrupted, and how the rich and poor of society was totally differently. Robert Burns was taken during the prime of his life. He wrote poems for the people and represented the people of the middle-class Scotland. Burns may have influenced a few American writers. Burns spoke of things that many Scotsman were thinking and then allowed the Scotsman to speak freely.
