Death Penalty People will plunder, take advantage of others, and commit crimes as long as the punishment is painless. The purpose of our entire criminal justice is to protect the rights of like, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all its citizens. We must never forget that no one has to be executed; if no one murders, no one is executed. Murderers are not innocents fighting for their lives; this statement describes their victims.
