Dr.Faustus and his uncertainities

Within society people often find themselves within situations where they are unsure of their actions. …is not certain that his decision was the right one and he is looking for reassurance. The overall imagery and tone of this scene also adds to the emotions that Faustus conveys. The tone is very dark and the imagery is very vivid of Faustus cutting his flesh to sign a contract with the devil. This in turn adds to the emotion conveyed through Dr. Faustus, who is very confused and uncertain of his actions.
