Throughout all of western civilization, cultural, economic, political, and social forces have had the most influence on history. These forces easily outweigh what a single person could do in their lifetime. All of these historical forces mentioned above have had lasting positive effects upon history. However, none of these effects could have come by a single person. One person cannot reach so many people in so many different lifetimes. It is true that many times a person can start or lead one of these forces, but as I have shown, it is the force itself that brings the change.
