…accepts responsibility for his actions. Frankenstein denied the creature a proper upbringing and the creature's lack of morals and ethics can be attributed to his lack of "parental guidance". Had the creature been given the most basic of instruction, perhaps his reaction to circumstances might have been different, and the tragic story of Frankenstein might never have been the same.
