…own means of success, not by the means of society. Do I believe in the existence of heroes? Yes. Do I aspire to be like them? No. Then again, as an individual who is simply living her life by her own means to the best of her abilities, and as a person who does not compare herself to others, it's possible to say that I exemplify the definition of an American hero in today's society.
