Huck's Journey to Himself

…to flee from civilization (in this case, the civilization of Aunt Sally), he knows what he is leaving. He says that he has "been [to civilization] before," and he does not want to go back. With this definite ending statement, and no regrets, Huck plans to run away and live on his own. Huck, at the end of the journey, finally knows who he is and where he belongs: on the road to more adventures.
