INTRODUCTION:
The aim of this experiment is to investigate and find the relationship between heat loss (of water) and surface area to volume ratio of animals. To investigate this, we are going to use three flasks of different volume (as the equivalent the animals) and thus different surface areas filled with water.

If I were to do the experiment again to get better results I would be inclined to do more preliminary work in order to get a better feel for the experiment. Also to get more accurate results I could take thermometer readings at shorter intervals, for example every minute, or more accurate still every thirty seconds. Also in order to get more accurate readings I would use automated instrument to record the temperature.
