Library Our observation took place of all places at a Central library in a major metropolitan city, on a rainy Sunday afternoon with the possibility of a flash flood watch. …in the library. This man has a truckload of patience. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, even to the transients. The transients were the loners. The ones we saw were a bunch of plentiful creatures. Dirty with lice infested hair and ragged smelly clothes. The ones, who were not on the computers, were walking back and forth having a conversation with their selves. There were not just men; there were also women and children too.
