showed last 85 words of 535 total…Firstly, both plays are about love and how it is a complicated and difficult thing to understand. In the mechanicals play, Pyramus and Thisby, the wall separates their love just as Puck and Egeus separate Hermia and Lysanders. Also, Hermia fears that she has lost Lysanders love just as Pyramus fears the lion has killed and lost Thisbys love. I hope that the above reasons have shown that Act 5, Scene 1 is a very important scene in the play and that this has been shown clearly.
