…evidence are the "facts" that our past generations pass on to us. Slowly, the pieces to the mystery of the USS Maine are coming together. Some may agree that the explosion was not due to difficulties of the ship's inside, but rather a mass of murders in the night. Through studying various documents concerning the Maine, both primary and secondary sources, there is much evidence that the explosion on February 15, 1898 was a result of hate.
