Workers now feel that their job is way of life and that is how the treat it and in order for managers and supervisors to interact with their workers they have to recognise this and work towards achieving a better working environment. Well-motivated employees achieve more. They are committed, vigorous and productive. Overall I think the motivation of employees is a competitive advantage that will make it hard for competitors to imitate.
