In my opinion, this organistion is a well managed and successful large organisation as it has achieved so much since it's beginnings in 1914, it is a well known organistion that anybody can call in times of need and is respected by global governments. It became a large organisation because so many people liked the idea of helping others in times of need, the people at the beginning of this organisation all had the same views.
