The person who has had the biggest influence in my life is my Pepere, John Dick. Because my Pepere was the bravest man in my family he taught me not to have fear but also much about love and family. I was close to my Pepere when I was young but he passed away early in my life. Learning about accomplishments he had in his life is what has made me admire him so much. …

…him when we play Cribbage. I love to hear him talk about my Pepere because whenever he does he speaks with such admiration. Even though I did not know my Pepere for more than seven years of my life I still do feel that he has had a strong influence on me. I hope that one day I will grow up to be the type of man that my Pepere would have been proud of.
