Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet was a play which involved two lover with an intimate relationship with death. The setting of this play takes place over a five-day period in Verona, Italy in 1593. Many times Shakespeare has used symbolism and foreshadowing to show what will happen to the lovers. Symbolism is a representation of one thing for another.
