It is a tragedy to drive through the streets of San Diego and see the homeless. This is why I moved to Butler. I could no longer afford to pay my rent and raise five children. I became one of the casualties. There is a callousness and coldness in the hearts of the people. After seeing homeless people run rampant for so many years, people now just turn their heads and pretend that the homeless do not even exist.
