I hope that all of those involved who contributed to this tragedy or did nothing to help end up paying the price in the long run. Something has to be done about these things and fast. No one is ever really ready for this kind of disaster, but we can be better prepared for it and ready to go when it does. With a little work and care, it shouldn’t have to happen at all.
