The Weimar Republic was doomed from the outset

…with a large rally of opposition, all due to a Treaty they were forced to sign in order to end the war. To, conclude, form its very birth the Weimar Republic was faced with many factors, which put strain on its already weak foundations. It was immediately unpopular and resented by many social classes in Germany, and faced with great economic problems out of its control. All this contributed to the inevitability of its demise.
