…country be up to date with that was happening in other countries at the same time, so therefore this was a great improvement to Russia. Having overweighed all the evidence, there is more evidence to suggest that the Industrial polices were most certainly more successful than not, however it does depend on how you look at and to decide who it was best for, as the Agricultural polices were most certainly worse for the peasants.
