…of rebellion against a meaningless, harmful war. Their mouths opened in protest like no one had ever seen before, and entertainment changed its focus from love infatuation to peace. All changes in the American society from the years of the war were directly caused by the war. Society still feels the effects today because the war in Vietnam can never be forgotten because of the hold its affect still has on society and American history.
