What is a Revolution?

Revolutions in general involve some form of change. They usually involve sudden events and have significant and broad effects on the society in which the revolution is taking place. Unlike a rebellion or insurrection, which is similar to a rebellion but is less organised in offensive and political tactics, a revolution is generally successful in overthrowing the government and/or ruling system. …not every revolution, of any kind, has made life better for the citizens of the nation, creating a balance in justice, liberty, and wellbeing. Revolutions occur naturally and are inevitable due to the peoples' desire for a greater society for all. However, due to new historical research, we can now predict when and why revolutions take place and attempt to prevent them in a humane and democratic way, without resorting to the use of violence.
