What makes an Employee I was in the store the other day and an employee came up and asked me if I needed any help. I turned around to make sure I was not hearing things. Today this is happening less and less often. For some reason employees no longer seem to care if the customer gets the help they need or not. Or it appears if they keep their job. …on ourselves in dealing with the different types is to learn to identify the different types of employees. Once we can do this then we apply different techniques to each type and get better responses out of them when we need something done. In this way we would get the best response out of each group without them ever having known that they had been manipulated and we would have gotten what we were after.
