The Fundamental Right of Marriage Brian and John had been lovers since they were in high school. Once they had been together for 10 years, they decided to adopt a girl named Jessica. Because laws forbade them to have a joint adoption, Brian was the legal guardian. Brian and John raised Jessica from birth, but unfortunately, when she was seven years old, John was in a car accident. He suffered severe brain-damage and was unable to
its nose in places that it doesn't belong. Brian, John, and Jessica deserve their rights just as any other family does. People need to open their minds and see that homosexuals need their freedom too.
