Violating Women Many question the legal rights of women. The answer to this question is multi-faceted. If the Declaration of Independence concerned the freedom, equality, justice, and prosperity of all people, that also means that women should be entitled to these rights. Obviously the problem will never be solved completely and men experience these problems also but these problems are usually associated with women.
