Although some of George Orwell’s prediction of the future in 1984 were a little off, it made for an enjoyable tale while pushing his politic views to his readers. Mr. Orwell succeeded in his attempts and this book is now cherished by readers worldwide. All in all, the book’s symbolism was very clever and effective at expressing the author’s thoughts without turning it into a lecture.
