…problem. The overall attitude seemed to be that there isn't a problem until there is a problem that is the point in which the finger pointing started. There was no evidence that showed where stakeholders would have benefited from an ethics program. The whole purpose of price fixing was to increase the stock value, thus benefiting the stakeholders. There was no ethics program in place that could be used to strengthen and build the company.
