…common to see women and men share decision-making roles, not only in a business environment but in their homes as well. In some cases the roles are actually reversed and we see a woman who is in charge. I am not saying that that is necessarily a good thing, but it is nice to see that women are finally stepping out of their traditional role as the homemaker. I predict that these changes will continue.
