…punishing him for having sexual thoughts when he was younger. A symbol I would choose to represent Rose would be a dead thorned rose. I choose this symbol to represent her because a dead thorned rose is ugly and Rose had a very ugly personality. But a dead rose was once pretty, which I feel represents that Rose could have been better if she had had a better personality and had not "killed the rose".
