…learn that the effective use of background information and the use of a final solution can make those that you are writing about appear to both procrastinate and seem uncaring. Overall I agree with Brown’s article on The Use of Petrol simply because there is a problem that must be solved and there is already a solution for it but we (the United States) have simply lacked the initiative in following through with it.
