A Long Day

In the play, Long Day’s Journey Into Night, written by Eugene O’Neill, one of the sons of Tyron, Edmund, is diagnosed with Tuberculosis. Edmund is just one of the millions of victims claimed by the virus, Tuberculosis. The boy experienced these symptoms that were talked about, yet his mother just ignored them. In the future the virus will claim many more lives just like Edmund, if people continue to go untreated.
