A lesson well learned.         At the age of twenty, it seemed as if Chad would never have good luck. His father was an abusive alcoholic whose problems kept Chad from graduating from high-school. He had to help support his family, and his younger brother wasn't able to help because of an emergency brain surgery to remove a tumor at the age of fifteen. Each day that passed seemed to bring nothing more than bad luck. …

…write a novel. He is now in the process of finishing it.         It is now only a few months time before he will be able to start a new life outside of his cell room walls. He is planning on going back to work for his uncle, and wants to continue with his drawings and stories. Only time will tell what the future will bring for him. Hopefully it has been a lesson well learned.
