…with the three principal aspects of the cases resolution, that the woman has the right to privacy; that the right is absolute and is contingent to some limitations; and that at some point the states regards dominate concerning the woman’s well-being. The topic of abortion will continually remain contentious, yet now the Constitution protects a woman’s right to terminate her pregnancy in it’s early stages and the meaning of freedom is indisputable.
