Title: Acceleration on an Incline Purpose (Hypothesis): By rolling a metal ball down an inclined ramp, we see the effects of gravity. As we perform this experiment, we get values for displacement, average time it takes for a ball to go a certain displacement, average velocity, initial velocity, final velocity, and acceleration. …Velocity vs. Time gr! aph is equal to acceleration. This graph supports our data, because the slope of constant, the acceleration is constant. Our data supports the Law of Falling Bodies indirectly. The only difference is that, our experiment was not free fall, but rather falling on an inclined plane.
