Meanwhile, more convenient transport systems should be created to ensure the reduction of car use. This, of course, should be accompanied by the reduction of car production. Moreover, industries should be fined heavily for emitting harmful amounts of pollutant. Despite the reluctance of certain countries, these actions should be taken now or Europe will truly be a horror film come to life.
