Analyzing Shakespearean Sonnets

William Shakespeare’s sonnet, That Time of Year Thou Mayst in Me Behold emphasizes that death is upon us stressing on the importance of love. By using metaphors he relates death to nature. Love me now before I am gone, or it may be too late. What he is saying is life is too short don’t take it for granted because one day you will realize that you are old and dying too.
