Anti Affirmative Action

Recently, many people have had a problem with affirmative action. Its unfair rules and just the whole definition are outrageous. Affirmative action is the concept of creating equality for minorities by making all companies balance them out in the workplace. This leads to reverse discrimination, it doesn’t always serve its purpose, and it is detrimental to the self-esteem of its recipients. This whole affirmative action concept should be taken out of this country immediately. …

…is the same problem that minorities have been angered about. They sue companies when they’re turned down from a job even when they aren’t qualified. But when they are getting the unfair advantage, they just keep their mouths shut, even though plenty of whites stood up for them when they were being unfairly treated. The government should just make a society based on quality work, not work done by a variety of races.
