…banished. It is not right for white men to restrict the black man’s advancement. For thousands of years, they have been oppressed, but that does not mean it should be continued. If you think it is a donation for a white man to build schools, construct adequate housing, and help them, then you are wrong. It is only a small repayment for the thousands of years of suppression that we have afflicted upon them.
