People would be treated equal by their neighbors, teachers, government officials, their friends and by everyone in society. Individuals have their own mindset and perceptions of other groups of people. These are things that are taught, and passed down by others. It has diffused from generation to generation like a rampant disease, and seems to only evolve into different circumstances over time.
