…as Tannen concluded, gender’s have differing conversation styles. If a man is not “looking at you” does not necessarily mean he isn’t “listening to you”. Finally, this type of work is not an exact science. There are always variations that go against the norm. Therefore, if I was to conduct this experiment again my results may differ, for my conclusions were based solely on assumptions made without knowing the backgrounds of my subjects.
