Managers of MNCs must obviously learn the differences between economic climates and languages that prevails, but more importantly the cultural values and societal principles that characterizes the countries. Until now, it has always been easier to find a native manager to head up an operation in one of the BEMs, than actually develop a top management team that can operate across boarders and cultures.
