…Conclusion In conclusion after examining all of my research the issue of Canada’s brain drain although not overwhelming does exist and the proper precautionary measures should be taken. If not dealt with in the future, this issue can easily manifest into a serious problem where our quality of life could be in jeopardy. I would like to end this report with a question, if Canada is not being competitive how can it become so?
