For years people have debated over the question of capital punishment. One of the arguments for opposing the idea is the fact that the judicial system cannot be 100% sure that the defendant is indeed guilty of the crime. But what if I said that now there is a way to be almost if not exactly 100% sure whether the defendant is guilty or not? Would that change people’s perspectives on capital punishment? Therefore, it is clear to see that Brain Fingerprinting is fairly accurate in detecting the innocence of a prosecuted man. Hopefully this technique will be used more widely to prevent the government from sending the wrong people to jail and help lock up the ones that needs to be locked up.
